# Terms Last updated October 26, 2026. ## About these terms These terms apply to this website and to products sold by Tablemat Co. ("Tablemat Co.", "we", "us"). This is standard template language. ## Acceptance By placing an order for, buying or using a Tablemat Co. product, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order or use the products or this website. ## Orders and payment Tablemat Co. sells physical playmats printed on demand. Orders are placed, paid for and processed through our store at https://tablemat-co.printify.me, which runs on the Printify Pop-Up Store platform. Checkout, payment and order support are handled by Printify and its payment providers. Their terms, privacy and return policies also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We or the store platform may cancel or refuse any order, for example because of a pricing or listing error. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount paid is refunded. ## Made to order Every mat is made only after you order it, by a third-party print partner. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. ## Shipping Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address are handled under Printify's policy, which may limit any refund to production costs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier. Duties, taxes or import fees for orders outside the US, if any, are your responsibility. ## Returns and refunds Because every mat is made to order, all sales are final. The only exception is a mat that arrives misprinted, defective or damaged. Those cases are handled under Printify's return policy: report the problem within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo, and any reprint or refund is decided under that policy. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for any other reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong design, or small differences in color or print placement between the preview and the finished mat. Printed colors can look different from what you see on screen, and small variations in color, cut and print placement are normal for print-on-demand products and are not defects. ## Intellectual property The designs, text, images and other content on this website are owned by Tablemat Co. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a mat gives you the physical product only. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise use the design. ## No affiliation All Tablemat Co. artwork is original. Tablemat Co. is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any game publisher, and our mats contain no game logos, characters or card art. ## No warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Tablemat Co. does not warrant that the products or this website will be error-free or will meet your particular needs. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tablemat Co.'s total liability for any claim relating to a product, this website or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tablemat Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, even if advised that such damages were possible. Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limits on liability. Where that is the case, these terms apply only to the extent the law allows. ## Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tablemat Co. from any claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of a product or your breach of these terms. ## Changes to these terms We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when the terms last changed. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of the place you live require otherwise. ## Severability If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent possible and the rest of these terms will stay in effect. ## Entire agreement These terms, together with the product description and the Printify terms and policies that apply to your purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Tablemat Co. about the products. ## No waiver If Tablemat Co. does not enforce any part of these terms, that is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. ## Contact Questions about these terms or an order: thomas.dorgan+tablemat@gmail.com.
